Accommodation at Le Grand Moulin

A stunning holiday home for extended families or groups of adults - offering outstanding facilities in a property set in 32 acres of very private grounds.

 

Grand Moulin offers spacious accommodation, furnished to a high standard with antiques and soft furnishings throughout. The charm of the Moulin is enhanced by original terracotta and old wooden floors, and exposed oak beams. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a Lacanche range oven, a utility area for guest use, a large dining room with open fire, a stunning study mezzanine and very spacious living room. The 7 bedrooms all have their own individual features and furnishings. The other bedrooms are a mix of doubles and twins to provide flexible accommodation for parties. All include original features such as beams and stonework, and are furnished with local antique and French painted furniture.

The ensuite to the master bedroom has both bath and power shower with body jets.

The Master Bedroom is set in the tower of the Pigeonniere with it’s own ensuite, dressing room and four-poster bed. French doors lead from the bedroom out onto a small balcony with amazing views over the grounds and pool.

The view from the master bedroom balcony is spectacular.

Bedroom 2 is the family room, and is best suited to kids. It has a balcony overlooking the garden and a wash hand basin.  
   
Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and is best suited to disabled guests.

Bedroom 3 is a double located on the ground floor and has an open plan ensuite offering a sunken bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. It faces north, and is the coolest room in the house.

The ensutie to bed 3 is open plan, and comprises bath as well as shower, WC and washhand basin.

Bedroom 4 is a double with ensuite, that has a bath with a shower over.

Bedroom four is a double with ensuite.

Bedroom 5 is a twin, but could equally be a double. It faces north, overlooking the drive and vines. Bedroom 5 can be either twin or double.
Bedroom 6 can be either twin or double. Bedroom 6 is a twin, but could equally be a double, and faces over the garden and millpond.
Bedroom 7 is a twin or double, and benefits from south and north aspects overlooking both garden to the rear, and vines and drive to the front. Bedroom 7 can be either twin or double.
The apartment is avaialble as an optional extra, and is self-contained. The Apartment is available as an optional extra. It is located behind the swimming pool and is self-contained, complete with its own terrace overlooking the valley, stream and meadow.
